First Haircut

Nora got her first haircut last week. She looks a little older, her hair looks thicker, and the mullet is gone!!

Mother's Day

We had a full day on Mothers Day. We started at church with Matty and Mom, then we had breakfast made by the boys at mom and dad's house. We hurried off to the Brewers/Cubs Game (Cubs WON~!) where we got to see Great grandma Bansemar and then we went to the hospital to visit our friend's new baby, Isabella. We finished the night with a steak dinner back at m&ds. We missed mom/grandma zimmer- and know how much she wished all three of her kids could have been with her!! soon and very soon...

GO Gokey

Last week we went to see Danny Gokey with Megan. He is on American Idol, in case none of you watch the awesome show. He is from Milwaukee, and we don't have jobs- so we joined the twelve year olds and went to see him. He came to the ATT store right by our house.

5 months!!

When people say that it goes fast - when you have kids, you can't even grasp how fast it goes when you have your own. can't believe she is five months old already!

Steph visit

Steph just finished her senior year of college at Concordia, Chicago. She will student teach in the fall, graduate in December. She stopped by for a quick visit on her way home to Minnesota for the summer.

Steph has taken tons of art classes, and this is some of her work from Fiber Arts this semester, different papers that she made.

MN for a wedding

The first weekend in May took us to MN for a wedding and a short visit to Amanda's parents. We took Nora to their house, and she got her first grandparent sleepover while we headed up to Duluth for Landon and Jyll's wedding. Everyone had a blast. We enjoyed Amanda's high school friends and some baby free time. And Grandma, grandpa, and Nora had too much fun by themselves too!
