PONYTAIL!!!

Since Nora is now 2 months old we decided it was time for a new do. She has been sporting a new top of the head pony tail. It's a fun, sporty do that her hairless friends are jealous of!

PLay Time

Grandpa Schneider gave Nora a good workout this weekend and she was loving it. She did bicylcles, sit ups, standing, all with a smile (and a few drool bombs on grandpa)!

Playing with her favorite toy, Mortimer the moose.

Nora was having a great time playing in her 'fun zone' as pete likes to call it so I put her on her stomach for tummy time. It lasted about 20 seconds before she passed out, its tiring!

Grandma Weekend!!!!

Nora showing off her bod.

Grandma Z came down for the weekend. We had a great time hanging out, holding Nora, playing Wii, and seeing the Krauses and Jansens. We even had a date night while grandma watched Nora. It was very nice to get out of the house alone, and I think grandma had a pretty fun time with Nora too.

Shana Sleepovers

Shana has a job in Milwaukee, while living in Beaver Dam so she likes to pretend that she is not married and come stay with us. Nora likes to be awesome while Shana is here and sit like a big girl and hang out.

Thumbs up!

Nora sits on the couch and watches TV for a long time!!!

Pretty Baby

Nora is a patient girl while her mom take obsessive amounts of pictures.

New Nora News

Nora is getting bigger, and much more aware of her world. We are enjoying a more quiet month. Amanda and Nora spend most days at home, but make lots of trips to the store, CUW, friends houses, and church. They babysat a few times for the girls Amanda used to nanny for, and the girls just loved Nora. She had fun with them too. Amanda is almost free from all school work, with a final portfolio review this Friday. Pete's company hasn't been doing very well, like many jobs in the building industry. We are thankful he has a job though, and that he has little Nora to come home to each night. Here are a few new pictures of what shes been up to:
She is starting to smile (and it's not just gas!)

Hanging out with daddy- she loves to be 'sitting up' like this so she can look around.

Nora was sick with the cold/flu and a visit from her aunt Steph helped her feel better!

She had her first bottle from dad!

She likes her baths and being clothing free- lets hope she grows out of that.

Big smile!!!!!!

She looks very closely at books, looking at the pictures and watching the pages turn. We can tell her focus has gotten a lot better and she likes to watch different people and things go by.

HAPPY NEW YEAR

We spent New Years Eve as we always do- at the Hawkins in Lombard, IL. It was a little more tame than usual with a one month old, a prego, and a one year old but we had a great time, as usual.
